● Please ensure that the name used for your entry booking is the same as the artist name provided when uploading your artwork information.

Make sure to add the Form with you code to upload artworks

Also please check spam for your confirmation email

Step 1: Complete your payment

Step 2: You will receive a confirmation email with a link and instructions

Step 3: Please cut and paste link provided in email confirmation

Note: The download link will expire after 24 hours

Step 4: Upload your artwork within 24 hours of payment using the upload link

YOUR ARTWORK UPLOADED IMAGE 

  • Please upload one clear, high-quality image for each artwork

  • These images will be used on the online sales page 

  • May also be used for promotional purposes

  • We encourage you to supply the best possible photographs of your work

Image guidelines:

  • File format: JPG/PNG

  • File size: Under 10MB

  • File name format: firstname-lastname-title-of-work

Step 5: A reminder will be sent regarding artwork delivery

Step 6: Prepare your artwork for hanging according to the following guidelines:

  • Framed works: D-rings and wire only

  • Canvases: D-rings and wire only

  • Unframed works: Securely attached tags

  • Ceramics and sculptures: Supply your own museum gel

  • Please note: Sawtooth hangers, metal tabs, and Velcro strips are not permitted

Step 7: Delivery artworks

            Dates: 10 - 20 December 2025

Step 8: Exhibition 14 - 25 January, 2026

Opening 16 January, 6 - 8 pm

Step 9: Collection of artwork Pick up unsold artwork 

  • In person: 24 - 25 January 2026 Saturday or Sunday 10-4 pm

  • By courier:  23 - 25 January between 10-4pm

  • Must send barcode and time of pick up

Step 9: Payment of artwork if sold 

            Artists will receive payment for any sold works after the exhibition concludes
