CALL OUT FOR ARTIST SUBMISSIONS

Proposals are invited from artists who are exploring urban living for an exhibition running 5 – 16 August 2026.

We invite artists to submit works for an upcoming exhibition that reflects the Celebration of Urban Living capturing the spirit, complexity, and rhythm of contemporary city life.

We are seeking work across a broad range of mediums, including painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, textiles, fibre art, soft sculpture, weaving, and installation.

Applications from artists, curators, collectives, and artist groups are welcome.

Submission deadline: 13 May 2026

How to Submit Your Proposal

Your proposal into a single PDF including the following:

Cover Letter with your details

+ Full name
+ Email address
+ Phone number

Exhibition Preferences

+ Preferred gallery space 1, 2, 3, 4
+ Preferred to be in a group exhibition 

Your Work

+ 3–5 maximum 3 mb per image (with titles, dimensions, and medium)

+ Exhibition statement / proposal outlining your concept and vision

+ Current CV (1 pages, PDF format)

+ Any special installation requirements

+ Complete proposals are reviewed

Selection process

+ Submit your proposal via email with a brief cover letter introducing yourself.

+ Please include one PDF containing all details of your exhibition proposal for review.

+ Proposals must be sent as a single PDF attachment (no Dropbox, Google Drive, or external links).

+ If selected, the gallery manager will contact you via email or phone.

+ Selected applicants will be invited to participate in either a solo exhibition or a small curated group exhibition.

+ As an independent gallery, we operate on a fee-based structure, and an exhibit fee will apply.

+ Once confirmed, a contract will be issued.

+ The contract must be signed and returned along with payment to secure your exhibition.

+ Please note: only selected artists will be contacted by 29 April 2026
